What an amazing stay!
The location was perfect tucked away enough to feel peaceful, but still close to great cafes and the beach. The villa was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a great pool and open living area. Also loved being up on the rooftop for sunset! The staff were super friendly and responsive to anything I needed. Would definitely come back again!

Had a really nice time at this villa it is just as nice as in the photos if not better. Finding a nice place to stay in Uluwatu is hard especially in this area. It was quiet, peaceful and close to a lot if really nice beaches and restaurants. The staff was helpful and made sure that everything during my stay was taken care of. Definitely would stay here again and recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this villa. It’s so spacious and the beds are really comfy. It helped us feel a lot more replenished after travelling for a while. One thing that really stood out was the responsiveness & friendliness of the managers. I’m so grateful for their help in several situations, they were more than accommodating and always on hand if there were any problems. Would definitely recommend, especially for the price!

Inspected 3 times before we list to our platform
Each visit covers the same room-by-room inventory: appliances run, taps tested, locks checked, linens inspected, outdoor furniture examined. A villa that scores well on one visit but slips on another is one we monitor; if the slip persists, the villa leaves our platform.

Real photos, taken recently, no wide-angle tricks.
The photographer travels with our inspector on every visit. If the inspection fails, no photographs are taken — the photos in our archive come exclusively from villas that have already cleared our acceptance criteria.

We accept only villas that has no bad ratings
Scrutiny applies to ongoing listings as much as to new acceptances. Villas whose feedback declines during their time on the platform are scheduled for re-inspection and, if warranted, removed.

Owner identity verified, no anonymous landlords
Eight categories define verification at our platform: identity, title, licensing, insurance, tax compliance, beneficial ownership, handler identity, and operational track record. A failure in any category can disqualify the property, and each category has historically produced rejections.

Each inspection includes a hands-on operation of every key appliance. The hands-on element catches issues that visual inspection alone would miss — switches that don't respond, controls that don't engage, indicators that lie.
