What an amazing stay!
The location was perfect tucked away enough to feel peaceful, but still close to great cafes and the beach. The villa was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a great pool and open living area. Also loved being up on the rooftop for sunset! The staff were super friendly and responsive to anything I needed. Would definitely come back again!

Had a really nice time at this villa it is just as nice as in the photos if not better. Finding a nice place to stay in Uluwatu is hard especially in this area. It was quiet, peaceful and close to a lot if really nice beaches and restaurants. The staff was helpful and made sure that everything during my stay was taken care of. Definitely would stay here again and recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this villa. It’s so spacious and the beds are really comfy. It helped us feel a lot more replenished after travelling for a while. One thing that really stood out was the responsiveness & friendliness of the managers. I’m so grateful for their help in several situations, they were more than accommodating and always on hand if there were any problems. Would definitely recommend, especially for the price!

Inspected 3 times before we list to our platform
Our inspectors record sound levels at morning, afternoon, and evening — across all three visits. Traffic noise, construction noise, neighborhood activity, and ambient soundscape are all part of the report, because villas don't exist in a vacuum and guests don't sleep through diesel trucks.

Real photos, taken recently, no wide-angle tricks.
Most villa listings online were photographed by someone with a commercial interest in making the villa look attractive. Ours were photographed by someone with the explicit instruction to keep the image and the villa equivalent.

We accept only villas that has no bad ratings
Acceptance is partly the act of disqualifying villas whose past guests already told us something we needed to hear. The hearing is critical; the acting on it is the standard; the result is the list.

Owner identity verified, no anonymous landlords
Our standards exclude owners whose verification produces even minor inconsistencies. The threshold is strict because minor inconsistencies often indicate larger issues — and the larger issues have surfaced more often than not.

All listed appliances tested and working at inspection
Hot water heaters are tested for capacity and recovery time during inspection. Tank size matters less than recovery capability — and we verify that hot water is available when multiple bedrooms need it simultaneously.
